Eagle Rivet and COVID-19

Dear Eagle Rivet Customers:

Updates from the CDC and the Connecticut State Health Departments have been frequent regarding the COVID-19 Virus (Coronavirus). We are operating in a way that keeps the safety and health of our employees, our customers, and our future customers as our top priority. We hope you and your families are safe and healthy!

We know that your roof is as vital as ever! We are continuing to serve commercial businesses with current projects and our roof maintenance teams are available for emergency services as well.

We have taken the following steps to ensure continued service delivery:

  • Our service techs will remain home if they report any signs of sickness or are restricted from travel.
  • We will avoid entering any facility provided staff can lead us to the leak or we can repair source from the roof.
  • We will not require signatures on our tablets. To authorize services we will accept the name of person who would be signing for service and our technicians can manually enter themselves.

The safety and wellness of our communities is a priority for us. Please, if you have a project scheduled and someone in your household or business is not feeling well or if your residence is under quarantine, please call us to reschedule your installation.
