This enormous brownstone was in need of a new roof, and Eagle Rivet delivered. We removed the old roof, and installed synthetic tile. The customer requested only the best fixtures, and we were happy to oblige, with premium, copper alpine snow guards, as well as copper flashing and gutters.
The snow guards and other fixtures will not only keep the building safe from falling snow – they look good today, and will accumulate a beautiful vintage patina as they age. The project was completed in 2009.
