Arthur Dias graduated in 1985 from The Wentworth Institute of Technology with an associate’s and bachelor’s degrees in civil engineering. Arthur became president of Eagle Rivet in 2002 and has overseen business development, quality assurance, job safety, and financial management.
Arthur’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction are second to none. Arthur’s ultimate goal is complete customer satisfaction. He is available to meet with customers to discuss concerns and questions. His desire for complete customer satisfaction is a goal shared by all of the Eagle Rivet staffers.
David Nietch graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Organization. He has a strong background in positions which require experienced operation and project management as well as a strong attention to detail. David has a profound knowledge of concepts, competitive products, practices, and process dealing with the roofing market.
David excels at building highly effective working relationships with clients, technicians, managers, and vendors. After sixteen years in the commercial and residential roofing industry, he still prides himself on his ability to provide each customer with exceptional quality and service.
AJ Royce is a graduate of State University of New York (SUNY) Canton, with a Bachelor of Technology in Legal Studies. AJ has field experience with Eagle Rivet from 2005-2011. Since 2011 he has been a project manager. AJ is experienced in all manufacturers including Firestone, Carlisle, Johns Manville, GAF, CertainTeed and EcoStar as well as the top-quality materials Eagle Rivet uses including EPDM, TPO, PVC, Shingle, and Slate.

Rich came to Eagle with over 20 years’ experience in all phases of the roofing industry. From managing crews in the service department to being a field Superintendent, selling projects and project management and building long-standing customer relationships; we just knew he would be a perfect fit. Rich has estimated, sold and managed projects for both the Private and Public sectors. He has thorough knowledge for all roofing Manufacturers and roof systems. His specialties are in copper, flat seam soldered, standing seam, historic restoration, slate, tile, extensive repair work as well as solar installation.

Kim came to Eagle Rivet in October of 2002 as a part-time office assistant. Since then, she has worked in every office capacity here at Eagle. She has 16 years’ experience in managing an office in the construction industry, she provides a key component to the Eagle Rivet team. She handles all Accounts Receivable billing for our contract division and manages and maintains Sub Contracts with our valued Sub Contractors/Vendors. There are many roles she handles and takes pride in making sure the office functions run properly and smoothly. She also works closely with our President and provides assistance where needed. Her organizational skills and spontaneous personality make her an invaluable part of Eagle Rivet.
Lindsey Trask brings over 12 years of experience with commercial roofing to fulfill Eagle Rivet’s mission to provide the best service in the roofing industry. From prospective customers to decades-long client relationships, Lindsey is often involved in one or more aspects of service delivery and tracking sales in our CRM.
Lindsey manages all aspects of the bidding process, including pre-qualifications, RFPs, plans & specifications, pre-bid walk-throughs and setting up awarded jobs. Lindsey manages all the idiosyncrasies associated with each job, both large and small. She also handles and maintains maintenance contracts. As one of the smiling voices you connect with when you call, you’ll get the full team experience of the Eagle Family when you work with her.
Erica began her career with Eagle Rivet in 2017 as an administrator. Her immediate impact allowed her to transfer to the Service Division with the title of Service Division and Warranty Claims Assistant/Coordinator. Erica is one of the many accommodating voices our clients hear when they reach out for service or introductions. She is tasked with the daily dispatch of 20+ service vehicles and a service labor force of 40+ technicians. She works closely with our AP department with invoicing as well. She reports directly to the Service Division Manager and President of Eagle. She truly enjoys assisting our clients in anyway requested, and is just a phone call or email away.
