One such perk is being named a Master Shingle Applicator Wizard by CertainTeed.
In order to receive certification as a Master Shingle Applicator you have to pass an extensive test based on CertainTeed’s Shingle Applicator’s Manual. To be certified as a Master Shingle Applicator Wizard though is a more difficult process. The Wizard test is optional and it is only taken by and awarded to a small percentage of roof construction professionals.
