About This Project
Bloomfield, CT – For this project we were commissioned to build an atrium for the Slater Memorial Museum at the Norwich Free Academy.
The Slater Memorial Museum has been displaying art exhibits for more than 100 years. And while the Atrium is a great looking addition, the changes weren’t purely cosmetic. The Atrium provides additional space for the museum to display more exhibits than ever before.
It is also equipped with an elevator which will grant disabled museum patrons access that wasn’t possible before. The project began in July 2010 and the final clean up was completed at the very end of August.
You can read more about the project in the Norwich Bulletin.
