About This Project
The Glen Lochen I residential condo development in Glastonbury, CT required roofing upgrades and repairs. Eagle Rivet completed the project, which included:
GAF Timberline Lifetime Shingles 65,000 sq ft
GAF Cobra FasciaFlow system (1300 lineal feet)
56 Lead Coated Copper Chimney Bonnets
Extended 6″ B-Vents and 8″ Dura-Vent and Lennox Wood Stove Pipes with new collars and caps, to restore UL listing and code compliance.
