This historic house was built in ca. 1780, and required roof repair. The 3500 square feet of existing roofing were re-roofed with cedar.

With a new leak-proof roof, this house, which predates our nation, is in good shape to withstand the vagaries of another two centuries.

  • Locality: New Canaan, CT
